Known as the creator of FitMenCook, a blog of his healthy food recipes and motivations, Kevin Curry’s journey of creating healthy food recipes started from when he realized that he was overweight with 19% body fat and it constantly increased his blood pressure. At first, he started to do diet and work out to lose weight and it worked. However, he significantly gained weight when he missed an exercise or diet.
The next thing he tried, he went through a great number of book stores to learn about nutritions. From that point, he created lots of healthy food recipes and in 2012, he launched FitMenCook in which he posted all of his ideas there. With a mantra “Your body is built in the kitchen, sculpted in the gym”, Kevin Curry constantly influenced and inspired countless people with his healthy recipes through his social media account.
